First Lady Chandullal Arrington Ratcliff was born in Martinsville, Virginia. She was born on Dec. 2,1952 to the late Clyde & Catherine Arrington. She is the youngest of two children. One brother Larry Arrington from San Jose Ca. Chandullal grew up in Apex, NC. After finishing High school. She then followed her brothers footsteps to NC A&T State University.  In 1976 Chandullal & William were United in holy matrimony. In this Union two children were born Takara & Quenten whom  both are married. First Lady Chandullal likes to be called Chand worked at  NCDOR for 17 years and is now retired. Chand loves flowers which is one of her hobbies. Her & Pastor William Eli Ratcliff are enjoying their two grandchildren Aria & Tahlia. First Lady Chandullal  Ratcliff has been by Pastor William Eli Ratcliff  side for over 40yrs and is honored to be the First Lady of LPHC.
